A mixed use project to the east end of the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre campus in Central Glasgow provides a 1750 space multi storey car park, 250 bed hotel and 150,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation with a combined investment value in excess of £100M. The project acts as a catalyst for the development of the new national arena which forms an integral part of Glasgow’s successful bid for the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
