Macdonald Estates and Limerick's Childers Road Retail Park top the charts!

October 2007 'Retail Times' Ireland's leading retail journal published the 'CREST CBRE
Retail Park review 2007' and have placed Macdonald Estates plc Childers Road Retail Park as number 1 most productive in the country of the top thirty listed parks.

The inaugural review's research methodology uses three key measures.
1. Rent versus footfall. Best performing parks demonstrated a low rent per 100 hourly footfall rate.
2. Carparking quantum. Best performing parks demonstrated a high carparking to development size ratio.
3. Vacancy. Best performing parks demonstrated a low vacancy level.

CBRE, commenting on the reports findings said " Childers Road is delivering excellent footfall levels at a reasonable cost. It is great to see some good news come out of the country and the Childers Road Retail Park deserves congratulations."
